Program
We welcome
you upon arrival at the airport.
Our driver
will take you to your Riad, in the medina, where you will spend your first
night.
Dinner will
be served in your Riad as well as breakfast the next day before your departure.
Around
8:00/8:30 our driver will pick you up at your hotel or Riad and drop you off at
our base.
At 9:00 you
will be at the departure base where your motorcycles will be ready to ride.
Our hostess
will do the last departure formalities with you, check your license and
passport.
A welcome
coffee, tea, orange juice will be offered to you in our reception bar
accompanied by Moroccan pastries.
You can
take advantage of this moment of relaxation to get to know your guide and any
other participants.
You will
choose your helmet and gloves, and you will contact your motorcycle ready in
your name.
All
motorcycles are equipped with Top Case for all your personal belongings
necessary for this motorcycle ride.
A 4x4
assistance vehicle will do the whole raid with you and will transport your
luggage.
Your guide
will then give you the safety instructions so that you can drive serenely in
Moroccan traffic.
And off we
go for 5 days of riding and nearly 1,245 km…. At the latest at 10am we will hit
the road.
This 5-day
ride is a summary of beautiful Atlas mountain roads by motorbike and
breathtaking landscapes.
During this
ride we will cross two magnificent and famous passages, the Dades and Toudgha
gorges.
To begin we
will go around Marrakech and you will be able to appreciate the architecture of
the ramparts of the Medina.
We will go
along the popular and authentic districts of Marrakech before heading towards
the Ourika road.
After 30
minutes maximum we will have left Marrakech and we will start the road towards
the Tizi N'test pass.
Your
motorcycles are adapted for this long ride and particularly comfortable for the
pilot and his possible passenger.
All the
roads taken during this long road trip are very pleasant winding roads with
magnificent mountain landscapes.
Every
lunchtime a deserved break is organized in traditional Moroccan restaurants.
The
selected hotels, Raids, Guest houses will always be chosen for their calm,
luxury and relaxation areas.
In the
mornings 'quiet' departures at 10 am after a hearty Moroccan breakfast.
Day 1 -
Marrakech/Taroudant - 242 km (via the Tizi N'Test pass)

Taroudant/Ouarzazate - 270 km - 35 km off-piste

The first
day we reach Taroudant via the Tizi N'Test pass (2,100 m), lunch at the pass.
The first
night will be at the Riad le Jasmin in Taroudant, a green oasis 5km from
Taroudant with its magnificent swimming pool.
Before your departure on the second day, you can visit Taroudant with a guide (1h30 walking tour).
The second
day we will reach Ouarzazate by a mountain road for 2 hours without crossing a
car.
A 35 km
off-road section with an absolutely incredible lunar setting, picnic alone in
the mountains at noon.
After a
night in Ouarzazate, direction Tinghir via the Dades Gorges and the Toudgha
Gorges, night in Tinghir.
Don't
forget your camera because the roads taken this day are exceptional.
After
sleeping in Tinghir we will do the Toudgha Gorges in the other direction
towards Lake Bin El Ouidane.
Once again
small mountain roads all day and night facing the lake of Bin El Ouidane.
The last
day we join Marrakech still via the winding roads of the Atlas.
During this
road trip all expenses are included, accommodation, meals, coffee breaks, snack
breaks, gasoline, no surprises for your wallet.
The only
expenses that are not included and will remain at your expense are alcoholic
drinks.
Your guide
accustomed to Moroccan roads will know how to adapt the speed of the group
according to the levels of the drivers and the traffic conditions.
On
returning to the base on the last day, at our bar you can have a drink at the
end and start to regret the moment when you have to think about going back….
Our driver
will then take you back to the Riad reserved for you where you will have your
last dinner.
The next
day our driver will take you back to the airport.
Our

start again….
Presentation
This 5-day road trip is a complete immersion in Morocco's most beautiful landscapes, specially designed for motorcycle enthusiasts and lovers of wide open spaces.
It combines mountain passes, legendary winding roads, green valleys, desert landscapes, and spectacular gorges.
Among the highlights of the trip are the Dadès and Todgha Gorges, two iconic sites in Morocco that are considered must-sees for international motorcycle tourism.
The world-famous Dadès hairpin road, one of the most photographed in the country, offers an exceptional riding experience.
The Todgha Gorges, even more impressive with their vertical cliffs over 300 meters high, are one of the most spectacular passages you can ride on a motorcycle in Morocco.
You will ride from the High Atlas to the Anti-Atlas, cross the Tizi N'Test pass, discover Taroudant, Ouarzazate, and Tinghir, before ending the road trip at Lake Bin El Ouidane and the Ouzoud waterfalls, then gradually returning to Marrakech.
The daily distances are balanced, with an average of around 240 to 260 km per day, allowing you to fully enjoy the riding, the scenery, and the stops along the way.

Day 1 – Arrival in Marrakech

First night in Marrakech.
Day 2 - 242 km - Marrakech – Taroudant
Marrakech – Taroudant (via the Tizi N'Test pass)
First wake-up call in Marrakech and hearty breakfast at the riad.
At around 8:40 a.m., our private driver will pick you up directly from the riad and take you to the Rider Maroc base.
At 9 a.m., arrival at the base and welcome by your guide.
A welcome snack awaits you: tea, coffee, orange juice, dried fruit, and cakes.
Full briefing with your guide: safety instructions, specifics of driving in Morocco, and road trip itinerary.
Check of mandatory administrative documents
(copies of passports and driver's licenses),
then signing of rental and insurance documents.
Choice of helmets and gloves, familiarization with the motorcycles.
The 4x4 support vehicle will take your luggage and go ahead as a scout.
Departure no later than 10 a.m.
Gradual exit from Marrakech, road to Tahanaout, then climb to the Tizi N'Test pass.
Winding road, magnificent landscapes, first immersion in the Atlas Mountains and familiarization with your new motorcycles.
Lunch at the Tizi N'Test pass (2,100 m), at our friend Mustapha's restaurant, with a first tagine.
Spectacular descent southward with panoramic views of the Souss Valley.
Arrival in Taroudant around 5:30 p.m.
Check-in at Riad Le Jasmin, a green oasis with a magnificent swimming pool.
Free time, aperitif, dinner, and overnight stay at the riad.
Day 3 - 270 km - Taroudant – Ouarzazate
Taroudant – Ouarzazate
After breakfast, departure for the center of Taroudant.
Once there, our local guide Ahmed will be waiting for you for a horse-drawn carriage tour of the city.
The tour lasts about 1 hour and 15 minutes, allowing you to discover the ramparts, narrow streets, history, and unique atmosphere of Taroudant.
At 10:30 a.m., we will take a friendly tea break before hitting the road again.
We will then drive for about an hour to reach the first hills.
This is followed by an hour of driving on small mountain roads with absolutely magnificent, wild, and unspoiled landscapes, without any traffic, offering exceptional driving pleasure and a feeling of total freedom.
The day continues with an accessible and enjoyable 35 km off-road section through magical, lunar landscapes that offer a complete change of scenery.
Meanwhile, our 4x4 support vehicle, which has gone ahead as a scout, will set the table and prepare a magical picnic in the heart of nature.
The picnic is prepared by the chef at Riad Jasmin, using fresh, local produce.
For those who wish, cold beers (to be consumed in moderation) are available in the 4x4's refrigerator.
After this special moment out of time, we set off again towards Ouarzazate.
Arrival in Ouarzazate in the afternoon.
Check in at an authentic guest house, selected for its tranquility, comfort, and location.
The guest house has a swimming pool, ideal for relaxing after this exceptional day.
Depending on your preferences, you can enjoy the pool, rest, or take your first stroll around Ouarzazate.
Dinner and overnight stay at the guesthouse.
Day 4 - 253 km - Ouarzazate - Tinghir
Ouarzazate – Dadès Gorges – Todgha Gorges – Tinghir
In the morning, there is the option to visit the film studios in Ouarzazate, famous for their legendary movie sets.
Then departure for the Dadès Gorges, with their spectacular winding road, a true icon of Morocco.
Continue to the Todgha Gorge, an impressive canyon lined with vertical cliffs over 300 meters high, a mecca for international motorcycle tourism.
Arrival in Tinghir.
Check into a 5-star hotel, reserved for the group.
Individual suites, large swimming pool, followed by a sumptuous dinner served outdoors, weather permitting.
Overnight in Tinghir.
Day 5 - 256 km - Tinghir – Bin El Ouidane
Tinghir – Bin El Ouidane
After breakfast, we set off for a gentler day, alternating between mountains and plateaus.
We begin by crossing the Todgha Gorge again, which is even more spectacular than the day before when viewed from the other direction.
We gradually leave the Tinghir region behind and head for the mid- and high-mountain roads, which offer changing landscapes throughout the day.
The road alternates between a series of bends, rolling sections, and wilder passages, with very little traffic.
We travel along roads at altitudes exceeding 2,700 meters, crossing plateaus and unspoiled landscapes, with vast panoramic views of the surrounding mountains.
An ideal day to enjoy riding to the fullest in a calm and spectacular environment.
Lunch break in a typical mountain inn, an opportunity to recharge our batteries and chat about this beautiful morning of riding.
In the afternoon, we continue our itinerary on roads that are just as pleasant, before gradually descending towards the Lake Bin El Ouidane region.
The contrast between the mountainous terrain and the arrival in this natural setting surrounded by water is striking.
Arrival at Lake Bin El Ouidane at the end of the day.
Check-in at the hotel, ideally located on the lake shore, offering a peaceful and relaxing setting after a day of motorcycling.
Free time to relax by the pool, enjoy the natural surroundings, or simply admire the view.
Aperitif, dinner, and overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 6 - 224 km - Bin El Ouidane – Marrakech
Bin El Ouidane – Ouzoud Waterfalls – Marrakech
After breakfast, departure for the Ouzoud Waterfalls, considered to be the most beautiful waterfalls in Morocco.
The road is winding at first, passing through beautiful mid-mountain landscapes, before becoming smoother as we approach the site.
Arrival at the Ouzoud Waterfalls around 10 a.m.
Our local guide will be waiting for us there for a walking tour of about 1.5 hours, allowing us to discover the different levels of the waterfalls, the shaded trails, the spectacular views, and the very special atmosphere of the site.
After the tour, we have lunch in a restaurant located directly on the site, with a bird's eye view of the waterfalls.
It is not uncommon for the little monkeys living in the area to come and join us at the tables, adding a playful and typically Moroccan touch to the moment.
After lunch, we will hit the road again towards Marrakech.
The roads gradually become less winding, giving way to the plains of Marrakech, marking the end of this magnificent road trip.
Arrival at the Rider Maroc base around 6 p.m.
Return the motorcycles, then enjoy a last drink at the base bar, a convivial moment to share your final memories, exchange photos and anecdotes, and bring this adventure to a close in a warm atmosphere.
Private transfer to your riad.
Dinner and last night in Marrakech.
Day 7 – Return home (yes, everything comes to an end)
Our private driver will pick you up 2.5 hours before your flight.
After spending so much time together, you'll almost become friends with him!
Our greatest satisfaction: seeing you smile when we say goodbye.
If your flight is late:
You can leave your luggage at the riad and enjoy one last stroll around Marrakech.
To extend your stay, we can arrange:
– additional nights in Marrakech,
– or a stay at Lake Lalla Takerkoust, at our friend Jean-Charles's place in Flouka,
for a relaxing break away from the hustle and bustle of the city.
We can also organize a half-day cultural tour with an official guide to discover the history, architecture, and iconic sites of Marrakech:
Jemaa el-Fna Square, the Ben Youssef Madrasa, the Saadian Tombs, the Bahia Palace, the souks, and the Majorelle Gardens.
