Among the highlights of the trip is a night by the sea in Taghazout, a fishing village that has become a renowned destination for surfers from around the world.

Discover the Dadès and Todgha Gorges, two iconic Moroccan sites considered must-sees for international motorcycle tourists.

This road trip includes one of the most iconic stretches for motorcyclists: the Dadès Gorges.

This legendary site, instantly recognizable by its spectacular switchbacks, is featured in thousands of photos worldwide and is traversed each year by thousands of motorcyclists from all over the globe.

Riding through the Dadès Gorges is one of the highlights of this trip.

The Todgha Gorges, even more impressive, with their vertical cliffs rising over 300 meters, offer one of the most spectacular stretches of road you can ride a motorcycle in Morocco.

You'll drive from the High Atlas Mountains to the Anti-Atlas, cross the Tizi N'Test pass, discover Taroudant, Taghazout, Ouarzazate, and Tinghir, before ending your road trip at Lake Bin El Ouidane and the Ouzoud Waterfalls, followed by a gradual return to Marrakech.

The daily distances are well-balanced, averaging around 240 to 260 km per day, allowing you to fully enjoy the driving, the scenery, and the stops along the way.

Arrival in Taroudant around 5:30 p.m.

Check-in at Riad Le Jasmin, a green oasis with a magnificent swimming pool.

Free time, aperitif, dinner, and overnight stay at the riad.

Day 3 – 270 km - Taroudant - Taghazout

Taroudant – Taghazout

After breakfast, departure for the center of Taroudant.

Once there, our local guide Hassan will be waiting for you for a horse-drawn carriage tour of the city.

The tour lasts about 1 hour and 15 minutes, allowing you to discover the ramparts, narrow streets, history, and unique atmosphere of Taroudant.

At 10:30 a.m., we will take a friendly tea break before hitting the road again.

We will then drive for about an hour to reach the foothills of the Anti-Atlas Mountains.

The journey continues with an exceptional immersion in the Anti-Atlas.

For nearly four hours, we drive along magnificent, wild and completely unspoiled mountain roads, where we will encounter no more than five cars throughout the morning.

The landscapes are spectacular, the series of bends constant and the driving pleasure total.

The 4x4 that went ahead to scout the area is waiting for us in the mountains and has set the table for a picnic in a spot with a breathtaking view.

Lunch is prepared by the chef from Riad Mazal, a special moment out of time.

After lunch, we set off again on extraordinary mountain roads, crossing palm groves and arid valleys, then passing close to the Moulay Abdellah dam.

As we round a bend, the sea suddenly appears before our eyes.

We stop at a parking area overlooking the sea and take a coffee break at a coffee truck (typical of post-Covid Morocco).

The day ends with a 60 km drive along the coastline, facing the Atlantic Ocean.

We arrive at the end of the day at our friend André's small guest house, which is often reserved exclusively for our group.

We relax in the jacuzzi, enjoy an aperitif and dinner facing the sea, and watch a magnificent sunset.

Those who sleep with their windows open are lulled to sleep by the sound of the waves.

Day 4 – 286 km - Taghazout - Tata

Taghazout / Tata

Breakfast overlooking the ocean, watching the first surfers already in the water, much braver than us at this early hour.

Then we set off inland.

The road gradually leaves the coast behind, giving way to more rugged, wild landscapes.

The terrain becomes spectacular, reminiscent of the wide open spaces of the American West, with rock formations worthy of Monument Valley.

Smooth driving, long straight roads, open panoramas, and a constant feeling of freedom.

Lunch en route.

Arrival in Tata at the end of the day, check-in at the accommodation, dinner, and overnight stay.

Day 5 – 313 km - Tata - Ouarzazate

Tata / Ouarzazate

Departure for a long day of driving, the longest day of the road trip through spectacular desert landscapes.

The route alternates between fast roads, more technical sections, and wide open spaces, offering an exceptional diversity of scenery.

The feeling of immensity is constant, reinforced by the almost non-existent traffic.

Lunch break along the way.

Arrival in Ouarzazate at the end of the day.

Check-in at an authentic guest house, free time, dinner, and overnight stay.

Day 6 – 252 km - Ouarzazate - Tinghir

Ouarzazate - Tinghir

After breakfast, we set off eastward for one of the most beautiful days of riding on the trip.

Very quickly, the road climbs and the landscape becomes starkly rugged.

We enter the Dadès Gorges, world-renowned for their legendary hairpin bends, veritable works of art carved into the rock.

The road winds along the bottom of the canyon and then climbs in spectacular switchbacks, offering breathtaking views of the valley.

These hairpin bends are frequented by thousands of motorcyclists from all over the world, who come specifically to experience this unique adventure.

The riding pleasure is exceptional; the transitions are technical yet fluid, in an absolutely magnificent setting.

After leaving the Dadès Gorges, the road continues towards the Todgha Gorges, an impressive canyon with vertical cliffs several hundred meters high, narrowing in places to just a few dozen meters.

The road seems tiny, dwarfed by the immensity of the rock. We feel so small, almost insignificant, in the heart of this monumental canyon, sculpted by time and water.

The light plays on the walls, the colors change with every kilometer, and the emotion is constant.

A powerful, awe-inspiring, unforgettable place.

We take the time to enjoy the site before heading to Tinghir.

Arrival in Tinghir at the end of the day.

Check-in at a 5-star hotel, in suites reserved exclusively for our group.

Free time to relax by the pool, before gathering for drinks around the pool.

In the evening, a sumptuous dinner, served on the terrace if the weather permits.

Day 7 – 240 km - Tinghir - Bin El Ouidane

Tinghir - Bin El Ouidane

After breakfast, we set off again, crossing the Todgha Gorge, this time in the opposite direction, even more impressive than before.

The perspectives change completely; the cliffs seem even higher, and the morning light enhances the colors of the rock.

A highlight of the trip, different from the previous day and just as spectacular.

The road then gradually climbs to join the mountain roads of the High Atlas.

The landscapes open up, the valleys widen, and the altitude increases.

We reach areas peaking at 2,800 meters, offering breathtaking panoramas of the surrounding mountain ranges.

Traffic is almost nonexistent, and the driving experience is a constant pleasure.

Lunch break along the way.

At the end of the day, we arrive at Lake Bin El Ouidane, a true natural gem, a striking contrast to the mountainous terrain we have traversed.

Check-in at the lakeside hotel, relaxation, dinner, and overnight stay.

Day 8 – 224 km - Bin El Ouidane – Marrakech

Bin El Ouidane – Ouzoud Waterfalls – Marrakech

After breakfast, we depart for the Ouzoud Waterfalls, considered the most beautiful waterfalls in Morocco.

The road is initially winding, traversing stunning mid-mountain landscapes, before becoming smoother as we approach the site.

We arrive at the Ouzoud Waterfalls around 10:00 AM.

There, our local guide awaits us for a 1.5-hour walking tour, allowing us to discover the different levels of the waterfalls, the shaded paths, the spectacular viewpoints, and the unique atmosphere of the site.

After the tour, we have lunch at a restaurant located directly on the site, with a breathtaking view overlooking the waterfalls. It's not uncommon for the small monkeys living in the area to come and join us near the tables, adding a playful and typically Moroccan touch to the experience. After lunch, we hit the road again towards Marrakech.

The roads gradually become less winding, giving way to the plains of Marrakech, marking the end of this magnificent road trip.

Arrival at the Rider Maroc base around 6:00 PM.

Return the motorcycles, then enjoy a final drink together at the base bar, a convivial moment to share last memories, recount the final anecdotes of the road trip, exchange photos and stories, and bring this adventure to a close in a warm atmosphere.

Private transfer to your riad.

Dinner and final night in Marrakech.

Day 9 – Return home (yes, everything comes to an end)

Depending on your flight schedule, our private driver will pick you up at the riad 2.5 hours before your flight departure.

As the days go by, our private driver will accompany you, transport you, and chat with you, and you will almost feel like you are saying goodbye to a friend when it is time to part ways.

Our greatest satisfaction comes from your smiles, your enthusiastic feedback, and the moments we share throughout your stay.

If your flight is late, you can leave your luggage at the riad and enjoy Marrakech, its souks, and its terraces one last time.

To extend the experience, we can also organize:

additional nights in Marrakech,

or a stay at Lake Lalla Takerkoust, at our friend Jean-Charles's place in Flouka, a peaceful spot far from the hustle and bustle of the city.

Finally, for those who wish, it is possible to organize a complete cultural tour with an official guide:

Jemaa el-Fna Square, Ben Youssef Madrasa, Saadian Tombs, Bahia Palace, traditional souks, Majorelle Gardens.
