Marrakech - Taghazout

Road-Trip to Taghazout via the Tizi N'Test pass

Mountain and coastal roads over the 2 days.

A long ride (680 km) for experienced drivers.

Program

Around 8/8:30 a.m. our driver will pick you up at your hotel or Ryad.                

At 9 a.m. you'll be at the departure base where your bikes will be ready.

You'll choose your helmet and gloves from our welcome container, and pick up your bike ready in your name.         

All bikes are equipped with a Top Case for all your personal belongings for the 2-day road-trip.

We'll have a quick breakfast together in our bar to get to know each other.                                                   

Your guide will then give you all the instructions you need to ride safely in Moroccan traffic.

And off we go.... We'll be on the road by 10 a.m. at the latest.                                              

This 2-day tour will take you on 2 days of fabulous mountain roads.                                                 

We'll bypass Marrakech and you'll be able to appreciate the architecture of the Medina's ramparts.                                                            

We'll pass through Marrakech's popular and authentic neighborhoods before heading for the Ourika road.                               

After a maximum of 30 minutes, we'll be out of Marrakech and on our way to Tahannaout.

It's a long 2-day road trip that will allow you to ride on mountain roads with breathtaking scenery.                  

Your motorcycles are adapted for a long 2-day ride and are particularly comfortable for the rider and any passenger.                       

The climb to the Tizi N'Test pass on the first morning is magical, with canyons, mountain roads and Moroccan villages.             

At the end of this first morning, we arrive at the Tizi N'Test pass to enjoy a traditional tajine on the terrace.                                                                                                                                               

After lunch, it's downhill to Taroudant on the mountain road, as winding and magnificent as ever.                                  

After Taroudant towards Agadir, crossing Agadir by the sea and heading for Taghazout.

Overnight at a seaside hotel.

Meal in a beach restaurant, with your feet in the sand, this stopover will leave you with indelible memories.                                                                                                                                          

Your guide, familiar with Moroccan roads, will adapt the group's speed according to riders' skill levels and traffic conditions,

The next morning, a leisurely breakfast by the hotel pool.

By 10 a.m. at the latest (it's a long way back), we'll be heading back to Marrakech along a breathtaking mountain road (the Route Napoléon is a plain road next door).

Once again, you can enjoy the many twists and turns of the roads we've selected for your pleasure (you'll see it's as good as the American grand canyon).

The traditional lunch will be taken in the mountains, after around 3 hours' drive.

The final afternoon back to Marrakech ends with a drive around the Agafay desert, offering a new landscape.

After around 3 hours on the road, you'll be back at our base, with, we're sure, pictures in your eyes and a big smile on your face.

At our base bar, you can enjoy a drink (soft drinks), a crêpe, a waffle or a croque-monsieur....

Our driver will then take you back to your accommodation, and the day's motorcycle ride is over (we've got more in the catalog...).
