Oukaimden - The highest ski resort in Morocco

Meet at 9 a.m. at our base and meet your guide.

A welcome snack awaits you, including tea, coffee, orange juice, dried fruit, and cakes.

Full briefing with your guide, who will explain the safety instructions and the specifics of driving in Morocco so that you can leave Marrakech with peace of mind.

Check of mandatory administrative documents (copies of passports and driver's licenses) and signing of rental and equipment insurance documents.

You will choose your helmet and gloves from those provided and familiarize yourself with your motorcycles, which are waiting for you, ready to share these few days of road trip.

Departure no later than 10 a.m. for this day of motorcycle riding dedicated to pleasure and discovery.

We will ride along part of the ramparts of Marrakech and through working-class neighborhoods before leaving the city.

After about 30 minutes, we will take the Tahanaout road towards the Tizi n'Test pass.

The first few kilometers of mountain climbing are a first immersion into the spectacular world of the Atlas Mountains, a winding road ideal for getting to grips with the motorcycles and enjoying the landscape to the full.

At the exit of Tahanaout, we will turn left towards Oukaimden.

We will then take a small mountain road with no traffic and begin to truly enjoy the magnificent scenery.

Whatever your riding level and comfort, your professional motorcycle guide, who is well-versed in group riding, will adapt their speed to your pace.

After the first 5 kilometers of hairpin bends, your guide will suggest taking a 19-kilometer forest road to ride through nature at your own pace, alone in the world, enjoying magnificent landscapes in a wild environment.

Halfway along this road, we will stop for a coffee break in the mountains. Your guide will have brought a thermos of hot coffee in their top case, prepared at the base in the morning.

Drinking coffee in the middle of nature in a magnificent landscape will be a memorable moment.

After this break, we will take the forest road again to find the small mountain road towards Oukaimden.

The climb to Oukaimden is a succession of bends in a dream setting until you arrive at the ski resort.

Unfortunately, this ski resort is almost no longer in operation due to a regular lack of snow.

Lunch at the summit in the heart of the ski resort (note: this is not Val d'Isère...).

After lunch, we descend towards Marrakech with another two hours of mountain roads and a final hour of flatter terrain to reach Marrakech and rejoin the city traffic.

Return to base around 6 p.m., marking the end of this day of motorcycling, fun, and camaraderie.
