Imlil - At the foot of Toubkal

Imlil starting point for climbing Mount Toubkal.

Program

Meet at 9:00 am at our base (our address is available on Google - Rider-Maroc), your motorcycles will be ready to go.

We will have a quick breakfast together, in our bar, with tea, coffee, dried fruits, pastries to get to know each other.

Meet your experienced guide with whom you will discover the pleasures of riding a motorcycle on the magnificent roads of the Atlas.

You will choose your helmet and gloves in our reception lounge, your guide will advise you in your choices.

All motorcycles are equipped with Top Case for your personal belongings - Don't forget your sunglasses, you will need them.

Your guide will then give you the safety instructions so that you can ride serenely in Moroccan traffic.

And here we go…. At 10 am at the latest we will hit the road… If you are ready, your guide will try to leave earlier so that you can enjoy yourself better.

The climb to Imlil n will make you discover the mountainous landscapes of the Atlas, breathtaking throughout the day.

We will go around Marrakech and you will be able to appreciate the architecture of the ramparts of the Medina.

We will cross the popular and authentic districts of Marrakech before heading towards the Atlas.

After 30 minutes maximum we will have left Marrakech and we will start the road towards Tahannaout.

This mountain ride is the most difficult outing from Marrakech (some bends are very tight).

Before arriving at Imlil the road has not much tar left and it becomes off-road….

After about an hour and a half of driving your guide will offer you a coffee break, in Asni, first break to exchange first impressions.

This ride takes all day winding mountain roads where experienced drivers will be able to enjoy themselves in complete safety.

Your guide accustomed to Moroccan roads will know how to adapt the speed of the group according to the levels of the drivers and the traffic conditions.

Lunch will be taken in the mountains, in the middle of nature in a totally improbable restaurant/inn after about 3 hours of driving.

You will be able to taste traditional tagines… Enjoy this magical and relaxing culinary break after a 'busy' morning.

The return will be towards Asni by taking another mountain slope, just as magical as the morning road.

Before finding the national road that leads to Marrakech, we will go up to Moulay Brahim and head towards Lake Lalla Takerkoust.

Arriving at Lake Lalla Takerkoust we will stop in the village for a drink or a coffee.

You will be able to enjoy yourself again in the many bends of the roads that we have selected for your greatest pleasure.

For us, motorcycling is that... Right, left, right, left, and we start again all day long, without ever stopping.

After about 3 hours of driving you will be back at our base, with we hope images full of eyes and a smile on your lips.

At the base, at our bar you can have a drink (non-alcoholic drinks), and start telling the best moments of this day of motorcycling.

We will contact a private driver to then take you back to your accommodation (preferential rate) and the 'motorcycle ride' day will be over (we have others in the catalog...)
